Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of drbaker.sa, including any purchase you make there. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

drbaker.sa is operated by: Dr.Baker Industrial Company, a Saudi company, Tax Registration No. 311675637400003. Address: Street 13, Industrial City, Al Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must give accurate and complete information and update it when it changes.
  • If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act in its name.

3. Products, orders and prices

  • Products and their descriptions are shown for information; the final specifications are those stated in the quotation or contract.
  • Prices are set in the quotation or invoice, in the currency stated there, and Value Added Tax is added as required by the regulations unless they are stated to include it.
  • An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are:

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. Invoices are payable by the dates stated in the quotation or invoice.

5. Delivery

Delivery take place at the place and time agreed in the quotation or contract, which also set who bears shipping responsibility and costs. Please inspect the products on receipt and record any visible shortage or damage on the delivery document.

6. Business-to-business dealings

  • Quotations: a quotation is valid for the period stated in it, for the quantities and specifications stated in it.
  • Minimum order: any minimum quantity or value stated in the quotation or order applies.
  • Delivery: delivery terms, place, times and shipping costs are set in the quotation or contract.
  • Claims: tell us of any defect or shortage within the period stated in the quotation or contract; if none is stated, immediately on receipt and before using the product.
  • Written agreements: where a separate written agreement exists between us, it applies to the transaction it covers instead of these Terms wherever they differ.

7. Intellectual property

The Dr.Baker Saudi Arabia name and logo, the website content are owned by Dr.Baker Industrial Company or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive no right in them except as needed to use the website as intended.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing intellectual-property rights, collecting other users' data, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126) dated 7/11/1440H and its implementing regulations, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer, you have the rights given by the E-Commerce Law and its regulations, including the right to cancel the contract in the cases and within the periods the Law sets, subject to its exceptions for perishable food products. You can complain to the Ministry of Commerce.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time and publish the updated version on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it. No change applies to an order we confirmed before it was published.
