Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Actively seek out and engage potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the products or services, addressing any customer concerns or objections.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, handle objections, and close sales deals.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales visits, and sales pipeline status.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any customer issues or inquiries.

Requirements

Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, although a bachelor's degree in business or a related field may be preferred. Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector, is often desired.

Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and close sales deals.

Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services being sold, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as effective presentation skills.

Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Result Orientation: A self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer demands, and company strategies.

Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage a sales pipeline, and meet deadlines.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using sales-related software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant tools.
